We are a budding and bubbling bunch of young minds, who have now gathered on this platform to create an environment of excellence and enrichment through mutual cooperation. This shall be our everlasting attempt to promote our values and knowledge to allow us and people around us to grow with us! This website is one of that attempts and we believe this website lives on through this vision.

Indian Academic Society Hannover, is registered with Leibniz University Hannover. The association's pursuits are completely for non-profit according to the provisions of the German tax regulations entitled “steuerbegünstigte Zwecke”.


 

This year, 2012 connected with the “German-Indian Year” activities on occasion of celebrating 60 years of Indo German diplomatic relations towards bettering German-Indian dialogue on economy, science and culture; India Days Hannover is being organised in Hannover. The India Days Hannover is being celebrated under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Transport of Niedersachsen, a federal state of Germany.

The overall motto is "Smart Mobility". Delegations from industry and academia are expected from various parts of India for dialogs and B2B meetings. One of the distinguished projects is the Indo-German Science Slam, for which German and Indian scientists are cordially invited. Another highlight of the event is the India Day at the Leibniz University Hannover.
